Phoebe
“Phoebe” was brought into Clearwater Animal Referral and Emergency by her owner, and she was suffering from a prolapsed rectum. Phoebe’s Dad could not afford to have her treated and was not able to afford after care in the event she experienced another rectal prolapse, so he made a very tough decision to surrender her. With the collaborative efforts of Clearwater Animal Referral and Emergency and The Onyx Project, Phoebe was treated and made a full recovery.
